We collect the following information when you sign up for EMERGO:

• Mobile phone number
• Timezone (auto-detected)
• Onboarding responses (your answers to setup questions)
• Message content (texts you send and receive through the program)

Your information is used to:

• Deliver the EMERGO SMS support program
• Personalize responses to your situation
• Improve the quality of the service
• Comply with legal obligations

EMERGO sends recurring service-related text messages. Message frequency varies based on your use. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Active structured continuity is maintained for 90 days after last activity. Dormant lightweight re-entry memory is maintained for 180 days. Raw transcripts are retained for 45 days, then compacted.

EMERGO uses the following third-party services to deliver the program:

• Twilio — SMS delivery
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI response generation
• Render — Application hosting

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can request data deletion by contacting support. Reply HELP for help at any time.
