Service description
Emergo is a text-message-based guided reflection service for people navigating divorce, separation, or custody stress. It delivers daily prompts and AI-generated supportive responses via SMS over a 14-day program.
Not a substitute for professional care
Emergo is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, medical advice, or crisis care. It is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you are in crisis or immediate danger, call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Consent to receive messages
By signing up and replying YES to the consent message, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Emergo at the phone number you provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Opting out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Emergo message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. There is no penalty for opting out.
Message monitoring
Messages may not be monitored in real time. Messages containing safety-related keywords are flagged for review and may trigger automated crisis resource information.
AI-generated content
Responses from Emergo are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude). While designed to be supportive and helpful, AI responses may not always be perfect. Emergo does not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of any AI-generated content.
Limitation of liability
Emergo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emergo shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
