EMERGO is a structured SMS support system for people navigating divorce, separation, or custody stress. It delivers state-aware support via text message over a core arc of approximately one month.

EMERGO is nottherapy, counseling, legal advice, medical advice, or crisis care. It is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you are in crisis or immediate danger, call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

EMERGO sends recurring service-related text messages including onboarding messages, replies to messages you send, and support messages. Message frequency varies based on your use. Message and data rates may apply.

By completing the signup form and confirming consent, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from EMERGO at the phone number you provided.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any EMERGO message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help at any time. Contact support@agileexplorations.com for support.

You agree to provide accurate information, use the service in good faith, and not use EMERGO for any purpose other than its intended structured support function.

Responses from EMERGO are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude). While designed to be supportive, AI responses may not always be perfect. EMERGO does not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of any AI-generated content.

EMERGO is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EMERGO shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
